Our caring staff will assist you and your loved one with medical claims, bookkeeping, bill paying, checkbook balancing, care conferences and errands while living in a nursing home
We'll act on your behalf with senior agencies or government programs, managing all necessary paperwork including representing you at each agency.
We can assist you in aging in place at home by helping you find the right Caregiving Agency. If staying home is no longer and option, we can help you find an Assisted Living, Adult Family Home, or Skilled Nursing Home that fits your needs.
We can act as the Personal Representative, or Administrator of your Estate in your Will. This can be an overwhelming task for family during an already difficult time. We work closely with your attorney to settle your estate as quickly as possible and ensure the probate and handled according to the laws that govern them.
With the assistance of your attorney, we can be named in your legal documents as your Power of Attorney for Health Care, and Finances. We can also act as Alternate Power of Attorney in the event something prevents your main Power of Attorney from acting on your behalf.
Our two Certified Professional Guardian and Conservator's have over 20 years experience to provide full or limited legal guardianship or conservatorship for those who are no longer able to care for themselves. The court defines the aspects of the individual's care management, appoints and oversees the action of the guardian and conservator.
