Michele Penberthy, CPGC, became one of the first Certified Professional Guardians in our region in the early 1990s. In 2001, she founded Senior Guardianship Services, LLC, guided by a deep commitment to protecting and uplifting some of our community’s most vulnerable individuals. After decades of devoted service, Michele retired in 2025 and is now joyfully spending her days singing, traveling and relaxing, passions she long put on hold while caring for others.

Sarah Feldman, CPGC, joined the company full‑time in 2001 as Office Manager and Certified Professional Guardian. Over the years, she worked closely with Michele, learning not only the responsibilities of the profession but the heart behind it. Now serving as President, Sarah is honored to continue the legacy Michele so lovingly built.

Rose Feldman, daughter of Joe and Sarah and granddaughter of Michele, joined the companies as receptionist in 2019. Growing up surrounded by the family’s dedication to service, Rose has brought her own warmth, kindness, and energy to the team, making her a cherished part of the next generation.

Joseph Feldman, son of Michele and husband of Sarah, will join the company in March 2026. Following a long and successful career in Pest Control Management, he is excited to bring his work ethic, compassion, and family pride into the business. His decision to join reflects the strong family commitment to serving those who need support the most.

For decades, our companies have stood beside a fragile population, offering help with financial, medical, social, and personal matters. Through these experiences, we have learned how to be not just advocates and case managers, but trusted companions during some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether serving as bookkeepers, personal representative, power of attorney, or guardian, we remain dedicated to honoring our clients’ dignity, protecting their well‑being, and carrying out the mission that began with Michele’s caring heart.
